London undergroud wifi problem

I try to connect on london undergroud ee auto wifi and i get this error: “ unable to join the network. EE auto-wifi”

I am 2 years old prepay coustomer with 15£ pack every mounth. I already called 150 over 10 times and the problem is not solved. I own iphone 13 pro.

Have just taken a look in another thread. Have you selected EE Wifi-Auto from the selected lists?
