This has happened to me as well. I will have a message to say i had a miss call and my phone hasn't rung. Sometimes my phone has been in my hand so I am not understanding why is this is happening. Are some of the number coming through getting blocked as i have set my phone to stop private number and scam number for calling. Can you help me please.

Yes this also happens with saved number in my contact. The only reason i know is my friend tells me and i informed them i had no message or anything on my called list.

Incoming calls straight to voicemail is certainly symptomatic of a number being blocked - if this is happening on calls without CLI, then a "Do not disturb" mode is worth checking

The only numbers i have blocked are private number and scam calls. When I get them it has shown on my call list and has blocked call underneath the call.

The problem is when people who are not on a blocked list and i am not receiving there calls and sometimes only getting a message to say i missed there call. Not all the calls i have missed i would receive a message so i wouldn't know i had a call at all

Yes thats ok i can called 150 to go through some troubleshooting. It is a bit weird how this is only randomly happening now and that lots of people and reporting the same faults and looks like nothing been resolved in the matter from there replies.

I have called 150 and spoken to one of the team. they asked me to reset my network and they did a network check. They gave me there email address so if the problem happens again to email and they can fast track into getting it resolved.

unfortunately what they ask me to do hasnt resolved it as the past few days i have received missed calls which hasnt come through some with a message from the number who is missing from n some from my own voicemail number so have no clue who called me. i have sent an email to the person who was dealing with my issue and i havent had any response yet
