Extreme Poor Reception in my workplace

Hi,

This is the second time I will putting this complaint across. I once did through SMS and I've called via 150 but the problem has not been resolved. I work in Timperly, Altrincham (WA15 6AY), where I spent between 10 and 14hrs of my 24hrs a day.

The network around this post code on EE has been very terrible. I run several online courses, the poor reception has been a source of hinderance for me to attend my online classes, do my assignments and tests.

I had to buy another network (3) whose reception is better there before I was able to present my seminar on Thursday, yet I have a contract with EE and I don't have access to the network for about 14hrs everyday that I am at work.

The network usually returns immediately I stepped outside the building and walk a few meters away. But I cannot leave my desk and go outside to do these online stuffs or get cut off for such a long hours while at work.

Kindly find a lasting solutions to this problem, please. I cannot be paying on monthly basis for the services I'm not enjoying.

@Ray724 no network will guarantee a signal indoors and as you say it works outside so the building your in is blocking the signal that’s not EEs fault. Buildings can and do block cellular signals.

@Ray724 , are you not able to use wifi calling at work, by any chance, or is there no internet or is that not allowed?

This location does have 4G800 "extended range" service, which for a VoLTE/4G-calling device should improve in-building coverage.

That said, no network will guarantee coverage in any given location and this can be especially the case indoors - where EE's recommended solution is WiFi-calling.

The only other solution to such issues is for a new network site to be installed closer to the problem area. Unfortunately, that's rarely a simple or quick process.

I'm able to. I got 3 when EE network is not working well and the 3 network
is working well

Other networks are working perfectly inside. O2 and 3 networks are working
well inside the building
