      <description>&lt;P&gt;over the last month phone reception has got steadily worse in reigate&amp;nbsp; - call regularly not connecting, or connecting , but unable to be heard by the person you are calling&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hugely frustrating&lt;/P&gt;</description>
