Poor signal

Hi, struggling to get more than 1 bar, I have 2 contract phones with you, m, my wife and two girls and all phones are struggling for a signal all the time, we choose EE as you were always the most reliable but not anymore, will we ever see an improvement.

Is this a recent problem?

You've mentioned coverage degradation "all the time" which suggests this is happening in multiple locations or just specific ones?

I've checked the coverage checker, no issues but signal.is so poor just now.

Signal is poor all the time, my wife was in Glasgow yesterday and the signal was that bad she couldn't hear anything when people called her.

Glasgow is a large city with good and bad coverage areas, however if signal is poor "all the time", I would suspect a device problem.

The next thing is to compare your service with that of friends or relatives also on EE.
