I usually get a bad signal in work.. and have had for the last year or more of my contract. I'm leaving ee around December end of my contract. the issue is that there network is now so busy with bt using there 5 g network to boost home broadband when bt landlines go down which is quite a lot. Also now there sharing there network with quite a few reseller networks. I am now not getting any real signal when I'm in my car phone just tells me offline. They don't seem to care about there customers when you phone you get an automated service which goes nowhere.

EE's network has plenty of spare capacity, and any localised congestion would not cause a loss of coverage how you describe.

All the UK networks have reseller networks, MVNO's are not a new concept.

Could you explain more about your specific issues, we may be able to advise further. I very much doubt local coverage issues are caused by 5G rollout or any piggyback providers.

Well my work is a few hundred yards from the network mast it's on a busy round about and about 90 degrees behind it is over grown with trees and walls this my give the people in that direction a reduced signal I can't make calls inside work or receive texts they come when I leave the building couldn't find server or summit to that effect people sounding like robots

I would suggest reporting this on our network status checker, if you select 'Check Status' you can report this to our network team.

Without knowing specifics, it's hard to comment on the 3UK/EE arrangements here. But if coverage is poor, that will impact call & data performance.

Are you using Android or iOS? If Android, there are some additional checks to see whether this is a coverage issue or not - those are limited on iOS.

Is this only a problem in one specific location? One of your posts mentioned issues in your car, but you're now saying this is in your workplace specifically.

I do suspect that persisting with EE C/S on 150 will ultimately be your best option here, although it may require patience.

I think @bristolian's advice of continuing the troubleshooting with our technical support team is the best way to go here. They have access to check the performance of the network in specific areas and can make sure everything is OK with your phone and SIM too.

Hi I've been doing this for upwards of 8 months now to no avail. As I said Vodafone work better for me everywhere I am so my contract will be cancelled once it ends in December. I don't see ee even trying to pay me back for the rotten service I've had over the last 8 months they seem to just stick you in a constant chase of your tail trying to debunk there issues for them.

There are steps that must be followed and checked as part of a diagnostic test for this type of issue, @TutZ22.
