The option is marked "Remove"

However, the My Places facility is only for EE customers, if your provider isn't EE-direct then I can only presume you have been in the past in order to have set this up. EE C/S may be able to make changes (or likely delete your config) if you call in, but it's not something you can do online if you're no longer with EE.

Everything should be back to normal within 14 hours. We will continue to keep you updated. To keep connected simply use WIFI calling, to get started click here care.ee.co.uk/wifi_calling

Hi Chris,

Are Mobile Network Status texts sent to Vulnerable Customers?

I probably registered when my mother (who lived with me) was alive (she had Alzheimer’s), but I’m now 65 years old and wish to continue receiving them as my mobile service provider uses the EE network - only I’d now prefer my location to be “Penk Ridge” and not “My Home”.

Regards,

Richard

We can definitely leave the alerts set up, but we can't amend it to a different name and you can only register for a new alert with an EE Mobile number.

The differing levels of service & add-ons you have access to, is something you need to factor in when comparing providers.

It's the extras where MVNO's often fall down compared with a network operator direct.
