&lt;P&gt;1: "Check coverage" predicts the usual service in any given location - I suspect you're using this.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;2: "Check status" searches for known faults &amp;amp; issues, with the subsequent options to "get updates" &amp;amp; "report a problem" as necessary.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Try using the check status option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No phone signal since early yesterday morning got a message from ee telling me there was a problem and that it would take a maximum 15hrs , last time it happened it took over a month that was on the 12th of Aug not very happy, checked mobile network coverage and it says it’s ok when it’s NOT!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
