Mobile mast installed on private land

Hi. I have a similar query and am reaching out to forum staff. My property is a small holding with very little coverage - EE is the only one that shows up on the coverage maps but it’s not good/borderline at best and not reliable. The Universal Service Obligation team asked me to reach out to you as the only possible provider to enquire about mast installation. Property is east of Farringdon in Oxfordshire near small rural communities but in a black spot. Please could you get in touch? Would be residential x 3 and business customers. Thx
