2 weeks ago the signal in dt11, has become really bad. Same phone and location as the last 4 years. Area coverage checker shows I should have excellent signal as I have had in the past, but clearly not now. I have restarted the phone, reset network connections and no change. Any ideas?

If you have a sudden or noticeable reduction in coverage levels, you can use the "check status" option on the status checker which then gives options for "get updates" or "report a problem" as appropriate.

It sounds like you're using the "check coverage" link for a prediction of normal service.

Thank you, I did not spot the check status option, which does show an issue, so I have requested updates as it claims the issue will be fixed shortly. Again thank you.
