Hello, the EE 4G signal is virtually non existent in xxx xxx. Inside there is zero reception and on the street it’s one/ maybe two bars. xxxxxx St and xxxxxx St are fine but I seem to be in a black hole. It was like this yesterday. What is going on please? Thanks

Service is still one / maybe two bars but keeps dropping to 3G. It won’t let me report a problem. Please fix this. I’m in central London and don’t have service? My contract is up for renewal soon and I’ll move provider if you can’t resolve this / be more helpful. It’s irritating to flag these issues than be directed to report a problem. You’ve seen the problem here so just fix it.

You've mentioned that you have no service, but also that you have 3G coverage.

It's not ideal, but you should be able to use your phone for calls, texts and basic data over 3G.

Hi James

Me again. This is getting boring. I cannot report a fault for whatever reason. I can’t speak to anyone at EE about this for whatever reason.
I still have 1 bar 4G outside on xxxxxx xxxxxx and no service in our office (and I sit by a window). I’ve established that ALL EE users in the office have the same issue. For the love of god can this be resolved and someone from EE to actually get in touch with me. My contract is up for renewal and you are about to lose a loyal customer.

Hi James

It won’t let me. Also, I’ve flagged this numerous times now. The irony is that I have to do all this on email with virtually zero reception.

Sent from my iPhone

So you're popping your postcode in and hitting the 'Check Status' button, @SlimJim82?

When I check my postcode, it says 'no network problems in XXX...' then there's a Report a Problem button.

Is that just not there?

Yup. There is no report a problem buttonZ I’ve tried this half a dozen times today.
EE reception is appalling. Surely you can just scrape this issue into the system yourself?

I've had a search of the network checker with the postcode and we're aware of a problem in the area, @SlimJim82.

If you're not getting a 'keep me posted' button when searching that postcode on more than one device, I would recommend speaking to our technical support team so that they can sign you up for updates.

Thanks for your patience so far, hopefully you're back up and running fully soon.
