Mast disconnection

I am after a contact at EE for a site with an existing mast.

We have a client who has purchased a site, there is an existing electrical supply that is still live, but we can not disconnect as the supply agreement is with EE. The only sign of 'cell site' is a disconnected transmitter on the roof (might not even be EE's). Can someone please send me a contact for the relevant department so we can engage.

What makes you think the equipment on the roof is disconnected?

I only ask because there should be a H&S notice on the external entrance to all live sites with a site-reference and emergency contact number. That number should have an option for Estates queries - there should be no reason to put yourself at any risk just by viewing this notice.
