EE is a UK operator and doesn't offer any services (except short-term roaming) outside the UK.

If you've moved abroad then you should be looking to either change to PAYG - which must be done whilst in the UK - or going for outright disconnection & cancellation.

If you have 14months left of your minimum term, you should expect to be liable for early termination charges.

I've lost moved to Portugal but have 14 months left of my UK contract. I couldn't see EE in Portugal but was wondering if they had a different brand? Ideally I would like to transition over to EE or equivalent for the remainder of my contract!

No, they don't! Nowhere outside UK as being a UK co.
