topic No signal in Mobile Network discussions

No signal

My phone won’t connect to ee , looked on the date thing to see if the signal is down, it’s not in my area wv16 Bridgnorth also turned phone on and off and taken SIM card out but still won’t connect I can’t get any data or call anyone and can’t get on the Wi-Fi at work

Hiya i had looked at this for my area and says I have excellent coverage but my phone still will not find signal

Welcome to the community.

Could you go onto that same coverage checker but hit 'check status' instead of 'check coverage' please?

That should let you know if we're aware of a problem in your area. If we're not aware of a problem, you can report one on there so that our network team investigate it.
