Hi @crazystarkey

Welcome to the community.

I've had a search of your postcode on our network status checker and we're aware of an issue in that area. I would recommend popping over there and registering for updates.

In the mean time, do you have access to WiFi calling and a WiFi calling compatible device? That may help you keep connected in the mean time.

Sorry for any inconvenience. Hopefully you get full service back soon.

I've lost all network and internet at my workplace. Postcode WR4 9SW. I had 5g two weeks ago and since I've been with EE. For the last two weeks I've had hardly any network, it's slightly frustrating as it basically makes my phone unusable, family can't get in touch with me. Could someone please let me know what is going on and if the problem will be sorted?

Hi, I have been checking the network status checker. I get a message saying ee knows there is an issue and the another message saying the same the day after. Any Idea how long the issue is going to take to sort out? This is the main area I need my phone for and I've been unable to use it for nearly 3 weeks now.
