My phone always attaches to a ‘free network’ which is useless- how can I select another mainstream provider like my other EE phone?

Are you trying to change which roaming network your phone connects to?

Yes- it keeps connecting to ‘Free4 G’ but nothing downloads on it. My other
phone is connected to Bouygues 4G which is much better --

Hi @petercoates6,

To select a different network manually:

iPhone Settings > Mobile Data > Network Selection > Turn off Automatic

Android Settings > More Networks > Mobile Networks > Network Operators > Tap OK
