New Mast activation : Mains of Struie Farm Path of Condie, PH2 9DW

Hi A new mast was erected 4 months ago with the new power supply going in 6-8 weeks ago. We know this because the Electricity supplier had to cut the power off to all locals while they connected into existing cables So mast it finish as is the power supply Can you advise when it will be switched on?

Unfortunately we would have no idea, as this is a public forum, you would have to ring customer service, they may have the answer. Have you tried rebooting your product?

Go-live dates are subject to many dependencies, and for that reason target go-live dates are only known to the teams immediately managing network rollout. Quite often the first you will know of a new site being integrated is the improved coverage after go-live.

Incidentally, electricity switch-on is only one dependency - sometimes this can be done last, other cases it may be the first while others are cleared.
