cannot use data network without wifi

I got 30GB simlocal card from the airport.

Calling and Messaging to 150 is okay but cannot use data network without wifi:(

Anyone experienced the same situation?

@Juyeong : Where are you? Which airport? Where are you going to/coming from?

Without that info. I'll just have to guess.

Did you buy an EE PAYG SIM at a UK airport, get on the plane w/out using it all & when you landed somewhere abroad you can't use it at all? If so, that doesn't work. EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
