Transmitter mast out of action -appalling service

We are a rural community on the edge of westbury, wiltshire. The mast that has provided a stable service for years has been intermittent since the beginning of june and out of action since 13th July. How do i get information to find out when our service will be reinstated. Service checker states within 16hrs….. which is now wearing very thin after 15 days and advice to set up wifi calling is useless when you work outside all day!! I cant seem to get a straight answer
