Im in the St Helens area to and as of two days ago my iPhone 13 won't connect to either mobile data or any WiFi (work, friends house or my brothers house). I saw there was issues in the area so just assumed it was that but I put my sim card in an old Samsung phone and it works as normal. I went to the EE shop to ask for help as I haven't changed any settings or downloaded anything new. The staff where no help and basically told me.tonwait and see but my life is on that phone!! Is this similar to your problem?

If your phone won't connect to multiple wireless networks, but your SIM works fine in another phone, that suggests your iPhone has a fault.

I'm not familiar with iOS, but understand a network settings reset is the usual advice here..
