You can check for known network issues using the "check status" link on the online coverage tool

This includes the facility to "report a problem" if nothing is showing, and multiple EE users are experiencing similar issues.

Anyone experiencing mobile signal and data issues around south-Essex area? Although I've just renewed my contract with new phone, daughters phone lost all service over the weekend as they no longer offer the shared sim for family, so that caused problems and today both of us on both phones have lost all mobile services, can only use with wifi calling which is a pain in the **bleep** if you are working in various places throughout the day, just wondering if they blagging me or if there is really a service issue around the cm11 postcode areas??
