When you say you have tried calling over WiFi, I wonder if you are unwittingly still using the mobile network for calls - WiFI-calling intentionally only kicks in when you have minimal or no mobile coverage, else calls will still route over 4G-voice.

Does your phone show "VoLTE" (which is the tech supporting 4G-calling) when you're on WiFi or indeed when calls drop?

If you use "check status" on the faults & issues board is anything reported as problematic in your area? That also has a "report a problem" facility.

Do other EE users have similar problems in your home?

I have recently moved house and I am having an absolute nightmare when on a phone call. The call just drops out for no reason, I am not moving around or anything. This has happened on really important call including doctors. I have tried calling over wi-fi and the exact same thing happens. Can anyone help as I am happy with EE as long as it works but at present this is just totally unacceptable.
