Can’t use phone network down for hours now this is **bleep** never using EE again can’t even talk to anyone

EE's mobile network is not "down" but you may have a local coverage issue specific to your locality - does your phone show signal bars, and have you tried restarting it? Is your phone a PAYG one, or pay-monthly?

I would always recommend having access to another phone in case of emergencies.

You can check for local coverage issues by clicking "check status" on the online coverage tool - this includes the facility to report a problem if necessary.

@Mrjinx Seeing as you have a data connection can you not use Wi-Fi calling on your device?

Hi @Mrjinx

Then follow these steps:

On your iPhone, go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling.
Turn on Add Wi-Fi Calling For Other Devices.
Go back to the previous screen, then tap Calls on Other Devices.
Turn on Allow Calls on Other Devices if it's not on. ...
Turn on each device that you want to use with Wi-Fi Calling.

Don;t forget to connect to your Wi-Fi network.
