Network coverage

I've been out today and had zero signal yet Telegram and Facebook were still working. Couldn't check in on my 'security' cameras, no emails, no notifications for anything except Telegram 🤔. Alexa wasn't working yet when I got home I checked network coverage for the area and it said excellent coverage. I've never had a problem there before.

Mobile. PAYG. It was even showing that I had 5 bars and 4G. It wasn't a problem with the Ring app or Alexa because it worked fine when I left

Yep. Was fine as soon as came away from the area. Phone started going crazy with notifications etc. The parking app I was trying to use wouldn't work either. I had enough credit and data. I'm completely baffled

If this happens again, you can check for any problems on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker, and selecting 'Check Status' if nothing is showing, you can report this to our network team who will get this looked into.
