      <title>Extremely poor signal in Berkshire</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have recently switched from Vodafone to EE and whilst the network signal coverage checker says I should get extremely fast and reliable mobile phone and data in &lt;SPAN&gt;Berkshire&lt;/SPAN&gt;, the service is actually very intermittent, slow and suffers from frequent drop outs. I have tried to contact EE but am failing to find a way to speak with anyone.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Would anyone know how I can escalate this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently my EE contract is not really worth having but to switch again is a real pain in the neck.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;[Mod edit: Please do not post personal information on the public board. &lt;P&gt;If you select 'Check Status' on the &lt;A href="https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;EE Coverage &amp;amp; Network Status Checker&lt;/A&gt;, do we have any problems showing for the area?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If not, you can report this and we will get this looked into and keep you updated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I would add that Berkshire is also quite a large area with hundreds of network sites.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Reporting any specific locations as already advised is the best way to about querying problems in the first instance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
