    <description>&lt;P&gt;SIM isn’t working. Fairly certain my plan is 5g but even if just 4g I can’t get internet/app access outside of my home. Still can’t activate messages or make calls. Downloaded e-sim as directed from EE account and that hasn’t worked either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded from iPhone X to 13 today. Apps and data transferred okay. Swapped SIM card. But can’t make/receive calls, same with texts &amp;amp; no 5G signal when off my home Wi-Fi. Saying messages inactive but when I follow instructions no option to “activate” - just circle of doom - as though it’s working through it. Been like that for last 4 hours or so. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In order to use 5G services, you need to be on a 5G-plan and be in a 5G-coverage area. If either or both of these aren't present, your phone will use the 4G network - is that happening?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Does your phone show signal indicators with your existing, working SIM in it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
