    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi would just like to know what is going on with the signal issues that we are suffering with ,this has been an ongoing issue for a long time now ,you keep saying it has been fixed but we are still having problems,I pay a lot each month for my contracts and have been a long standing customer come on Ee sort it out&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you clicked on check coverage and network status, to take a look there, where you can also report it and get updates.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You do not say whereabouts you are and is it just at home, indoors or outside or elsewhere too?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have the internet at home? If your phone is wifi calling capable, then you can set the phone up to use it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
