&lt;P&gt;One possibility is the person you're calling, has a divert set - and this is kicking in on some calls. The divert is to a number which plays this "test number" announcement.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This has happened a few times now&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At work i get given a customers mobile number to ring when I’m about 15 mins from them but sometimes when I ring it say this is a test number but if I ring from another phone it goes through can anyone explain&lt;/P&gt;</description>
