&lt;P&gt;2: "Check status" searches for known faults &amp;amp; issues that may affect service, with the option to "Report a problem" if required.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Did you use option 2?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My postcode is xxxx xxx and I have zero signal it was intermittent yesterday too. I have checked the signal checker and says all fine.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Not great service from this network when I need my phone for work.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
