E use EE in our business and my field engineers have called me to say they are receiving PDP error messages and cannot connect to the internet nor making calls when not in Wifi area.

EE are you able to confirm?

There are a lot of reports coming in on twitter in the last hour or so about 5G and 4G down with many EE users and they are getting a 3G symbol showing but no access to data. Seems to be happening with people living in the midlands and up north as I am in Kent and getting 5G with no issues.

I am up in Scotland and 4G just went down only getting 3G or E phone not updating getting no access and full data left

OMG, it's so annoying because their 3G network doesn’t work at all, just showing 3G but not able to connect to the network.

Their 3G is just a decorations, even if it 3G is showed ,the network cannot be connected.

Hi all.

Some customers are having problems making calls and using data on our network. We’re working as quickly as possible to fix this and we’re really sorry for any inconvenience caused.

EE broadband and landline services are not affected and customers can use WiFi calling to stay connected.

No help at all as a vulnerable adult who relies on mobile data to call and text, and email medical services daily. Can't log in to MyEE, as it states there's a problem, and no accessibility dedicated support apparent in 150 options.

Do you have WiFi calling enabled on your device? Does that help you make your calls?

There are a few additional support options listed on our accessibility help page.
