Lenovo tablet m10 plus- no service

Lenovo tablet keeps saying no service, ive tried 2 ee SIM cards and it won't work other than connecting to my wifi

ive tried the old turning it on and off and wiping SIM cards, then I ordered a new one stlll won't work

any suggestions gratefully received

Have you checked your local network for issues?

Can you receive a signal outside?

Do other EE devices receive any coverage in the same locations?

I have never been able to use it outside of the house, it was hopeless on holiday unable to use data

it seems to accept my Tesco mobile card and the ee SIM card doesn't work in my sim free iPhone

this is the 2nd ee SIM card I have tried
