Problems with calls and other strange stuff happening!

anyone else having problems with EE network.
I’m in the South East of U.K. and I’m having problems with calls as well as dialling? I’m getting a strange longer tone when first putting a zero in front of the number I require.
EE HELP PLEASE!

Is this happening with more than one number?

Does the call connect?

Can you send and receive texts to the numbers?

@STEVEH62 , I live in the South East and do not have this problem. does the longer tone then stop and are you able to make calls and speak to the person the other end?
