What are the problems you're having? The signal indicators on your phone are only a rough guide, but 1bar should be plenty to call, text & use data. It's what I have.

It seems almost daily that my network signal is on 1 bar and I have trouble calling/texting/browsing - it seems almost every day there are ‘problems in my area’ - I pay over £100 a month and yet can’t use my phone AT ALL at work and rarely text home and have to reply on my wifi at home. At work I’m left not having a phone at all on 24 hour shifts!! Any advice?

Hello @serenitySJ ,

Welcome to the community,

Have you clicked on check coverage and network status to see if there is a problem where you are? You can also make sure that you can receive updates.

Is this just in one area and is this outdoors or indoors? If at work, have you made sure you are allowed to use your phone and they are not blocking signals, especially if it is a personal phone, as some companies may do this and not allow personal phones to be used.

Or even outside ?
