Service issues in Milford Haven area since January

EE have a problem with the mast in Milford Haven area Pembrokeshire. Repeatedly tried to get some answers as to when it will be fixed. I heard today that it's down to a rusty bracket that needs replacing, surely 5 months is plenty of time to replace it. Not blaming EE as they have been excellent and the mast isn't owned by them. Can someone somewhere get things moving. If not send me a picture and I will gladly weld and fit the bracket myself. Although we are a small community outside Milford Haven we feel that we are treated as a very low priority.

Without knowing the specifics of the issue with this site, I can only comment in general terms, but I can confidently say EE will not be delaying any fault fix without very good reason.

Issues that are delayed beyond "the immediate" are often due to third party dependencies which can be many & varied.
