      <title>No mobile Signal - New iPhone 13</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Lost my old phone - new iPhone 13 purchased direct from Apple - new sim card installed &amp;amp; activated in EE store Clapham Junction - worked yesterday - this morning I'm getting no mobile signal or data at all - definitely not in a blackspot - can't call EE support as no mobile signal. Any suggestions appreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/335905"&gt;@Christopher_G&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;thanks - I’ve actually resolved this issue now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The issue was that I had ordered a replacement SIM card over the phone on Saturday and then went into an EE store yesterday to get a SIM card made quicker - once the sim I ordered over the phone arrived the sim that was made in store became redundant.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So the solution was to simply switch SIM cards over.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
