Cannot call 150 hangs up

All calls to 150 hang up immediately.

have switched iphone on and off same result.

is the service down ?

Im having the same issue whichever EE number I ring! Must be an issue on their end

I have just called 150 and have been able to successfully connect.

Hi! Yes, still the same issue, doesn't ring, just disconnects immediately

Does it cut out soon as you reach the automated service or just before your being connected to a agent?

It doesn't even ring, just no noise and then disconnects

Are you connected to WiFi when calling? @edris.

I am having the same issue myself today. Tried with wifi call and without. Tried 150, 0800 079 8586, 0800 956 6000 and 0207 362 0200 just in case and they are all the same.

Line does not even ring it just immediately cuts off

Same issue, 150 and 0800 numbers. I'm a little uneasy because I've just cancelled by broadband with Virgin to move to EE and they've missed two appointments but I can't speak to anyone.
