Sim 1 not provisioned

Hey,

I've upgraded my phone which came with a new sim card, my old phone still works fine at the moment so want to put the new sim in my old phone till it dies and then use my new phone however, phone is saying:

Sim 1 Not Provisioned...

How can I sort this?

Sim not provisioned normally means the Network does not recognise the Sim or the Sim itself is inactive.

Give Customer Service a call on 150

Welcome to the community.

As mentioned above, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team either by calling or on live chat.

They will be able to see if your SIM is registered.

Do your new & old phones use the same size SIM?

If they do, why not just continue using your existing SIM in your existing phone, and then put that SIM in your new phone when it suits?

If there's no need to change SIMs, then why fix what's not broken?...
