Paid invoice not showing on MyEE

Hi my first EE payment (4th January 2021) shows as paid by DD on my MyEE account but there is no invoice to download for tax purposes. There is a January invoice covering the monthly billing due at the end of the month but this first payment is not accounted for. How can I get an invoice for this?

Are you sure you are on a business a/c? EE does not issue VAT receipts on personal a/c's.
