EE perks reactivation

Hi, I have seen many posts about this and my EE perks account has also been deactivated. I never received the activation email on my works email.
Can someone please help me reset it.

My ee perks account using my nhs email address has been deactivated my contract is coming up for renewal so I would like to know how to reactivate it please.

I'm due for renewal on my ee contract. I've tried to access the ee perks using my work email address and it has been deactivated. Can you help by sorting to reactivate the account please.
