Hi a few weeks ago i got apple airpods max on an add to plan it came with a 20 pounds discount voucher iv logged online today to buy a product outright but it dosent give me the option to add to voucher

@Mai88 If you look at the voucher you’ll see a web address you need to use that address as you can only use the voucher for certain items. Last time I checked the cheapest item was around £100. The voucher isn’t for everything on the add to plan store and it can not be used in the accessory store.

The add to plan store is purchase items over 11 months

the accessory store is to purchase out right.
