I'm trying to upgrade my phone as I'm a student I have discount code. But when it comes to upgrading the gift voucher box doesn't let me apply the code, I can see the box I just can't type in it

What happens when you try to enter text in the field?

Have you tried using an alternative browser?

Yep, gone on different browsers, incognito, the lot. But when I log out and go to make a new plan I can conveniently type in the discount box, I think its just ee trying to pull in new customers and pushing old ones out

What plan are you selecting?

Is the plan already discounted?

Offers are only available to customers signing up to a consumer phone or SIM Only voice, text and data plan (excluding plans compatible with our Annual Upgrade offer, non-lead Sharers or promotional SIM Only price plans). Offers not compatible with mobile broadband, 4GEE WiFi, EE broadband or tablet plans of any kind.

I'm just trying to upgrade from a standard 2 year plan to a new 2 year plan for a S21 smart benefit plan 40gb

What kind of plan do you have at the moment? Is it a phone contract or a SIM only plan?

Did you ever get this sorted? I'm having the same problem. Trying to upgrade and it won't let me type in the box to enter the discount code
