20% / £4 off new contract or sim only upgrade

So Ive tried ee on a payg sim and like the offer of £4 off a sim only 24 month contract making it £16 not £20. All good so far, ive read the T's and C's and i have to have been a payg customer for over a month, well a month has passed and when i text switch to 150 to get my discount code im told im not eligible ??

trying to phone 150 after 6pm is a joke,

any suggestions as to why im not eligible yet?

I did have two payg sims, the wife couldn't wait to sort this out so went back to voda on a 24 month £10 deal, ill give it a few more days

well my first text message on my phone from "150" is dated 14th november
