Insurance claims - does the backoffice even exist ?

Does anbody know if there is actually anybody working in the "backoffice" for the insurance claims department? I have been waiting for a call from these mythical creatures for over 2 weeks now.

@titchrotty Why wait 2 weeks why not call after a couple of days I wouldn’t wait at all.

yip, tried that. I have called 4 times now (every few days). Same answer every time ... "its with the back office, they will call you". I even seen a pig fly over now, but still no call. Just waiting for hell to freeze over now , perhaps then ?

thanks for answering, I have called the insurance claim folks through the 150 number 4 times now over the past 2 weeks. Same answer every time "its with the backoffice, they will call" My poor son it getting well stressed now. You know kids these days, loosing a phone is like the world ending. I'm having to relay messages via a friend of a friend to him now. Not great.
