Deactivated account on Perks

I am trying to get into my Perk account but it keeps coming up deactivated. I am still in the emergency services so how can I resolve this and get my 20% discount?

I have the same issue, I’m in the Military and my account states it deactivated and I can’t gain access to the perk codes. Please can you help?
