Bought phone , was mean to come with 3 months free, went to activate and got below, how can this be fixed

This should be a one-month rolling subscription, so at your next billing date it will renew.

If this doesn't happen please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

Hi Thanks for the reply.

But i bought the phone during the black Friday deal, which stated, xbox GPU 3 months free and xbox one S , so it cannot be a 1 month rolling , as it was meant to come with 3 months free.

It should be a rolling subscription for three months.

Is there an end date for this in your account?
