I'm Trying to upgrade and I have fand f code to use .when I try to put code in it wont let me .Any ideas plz

@Truckerpaul If the tariff you are choosing already has a discount on it you can not put your F&F discount on it. You can only have one discount on a tariff at anyone time. If you still want to choose that tariff you’ll have to call customer services as they be able to help you. The discount will be removed so you’ll be able to add your F&F to it.
