Series S inital text and game pass but no Xbox?

Started new phone contract with the series s offer , got a text Monday saying Xbox is being processed, delivery company will be in touch etc.

This morning got the Xbox game pass ultimate bundle details in a text from EE but still no xbox 😬

I know couriers are busy this time to year just don't want it slipping through the system somewhere can anyone advise

If you are receiving those messages, it means you're eligible and we're processing your order.

The Xbox Series S is sent 15-30 days after you receive the phone.
