i bought a s20 fe which comes with an ear buds and a cash online. it's an offer until 24th December. I received my phone today but I didn't received my ear buds that suppossedly comes with the offer. Upto now, the deal is still in the online shop of ee website.

Bought S20 fe that comes with an earbuds and a cash back. I received the phone today without the ear buds.How should I claim the earbuds? The deal is still in the website of ee online shop.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds2 will be sent 15-30 days after you receive your phone.

thanks for the info..i'll just follow-up then after 15-30 days if ever i'll not receive one.
