BT SPORT PIN

Hi, I know that this has been asked by other community members but everything in those forums I have tried.

Took out BT SPORT as an add-on to my ee contract on Saturday 27th November and since then have attempted to set-up the BT ID umpteen times, pin never comes through.

Have spoken to tech three times, each time I am told I will be contacted (via email) by someone to resolve and each time I have had no contact. The BT SPORT is a present for my son’s birthday and I need this resolved by Monday.
Any support would be appreciated.

Are you trying to set up BT Sport as a chargeable add-on, or is it a smart benefit that you're trying to activate?

Took it as an add-on on Saturday 27th November, go to the BT/EE Web page put in mobile and Postcode as requested and get nothing. Tried at least 15 times by now.
