EE Perk code not working

I just generated a new code but when I try to use it in the voucher code box it says "Sorry, that voucher’s not valid"

Which package are you looking at? The Perk discount can't be used on special offers/discounted plans.

Essential plan 100GB £35

I dont think it's on offers

That one is discounted from £49 per month already, so that could be why the code isn't working.

Could you try the other 100GB plan, just to see if it accepts the code?

@Chiggz1 By any chance are using Safari ? If yes then it will not work (god knows why). Use Chrome.

I'm not sure why it isn't accepting the code.

I'd suggest giving our upgrades team a call on 150 to see if they can add the perk discount to an upgrade over the phone.
